Dental Hygienist

Welcome to our practice! My duties include teeth cleaning, educating patients about their oral health and motivating them to take a good care of their teeth! I enjoy getting to know our patients individually and hearing what’s going on in their lives. The more I know about our patients, the easier it is to relate to them and make them feel comfortable in our practice! Outside the office, I spend time with my husband, Rich, and our adopted cats Oscar and Sylvia. I enjoy reading historical and adventure novels, socializing with friends, and playing ping pong with my husband!

Insurance and Patient Care Coordinator

I find so much of what I do rewarding! In attaining the complete story on medical benefits for our dental sleep clients, I am able to help them receive the highest benefits available for treatment! I also take calls from our patients, schedule appointments, help patients with treatment plans, and help the practice run smoothly for our patients. In my spare time, I volunteer in my church for Covenant Keepers; an international marriage restoration ministry. I also love to travel, and have been to Israel three times!

Welcome! As a dental assistant, I see most of our sleep patients. I meet them just after Holly or Marlene, and walk them through the whole process, from their initial exam to any follow-ups or repairs that might be needed. Dr. Carstensen is great to work with! He loves to teach, and is constantantly helping us learn and grow. He's always open to hearing new ideas and implementing new technologies and methods. Outside the office, I have recently taken up running and ran my first half marathon! I enjoy going boating in the summer and going to Seahawks games in the fall!

I am a very lucky woman! I get to work alongside my wonderful husband, helping and encouraging patients to live healthy lives! I try to create a safe and comfortable environment for each patient. That way they can feel free to discuss issues such as dental needs or any issues that have occurred in the past. Outside the office, I enjoy doing all types of artwork and creative projects. I also love traveling and being involved with social justice and environmental issues! I am an active member of United Methodist church, and sing in our choir.

Hello, it’s nice to meet you! I have many responsibilities around the office, from helping with dental procedures to greeting patients at the front desk! I love making patients feel at home here. Our whole team goes above and beyond to put our patients at ease. At home, I spend time with my husband, Brian, who I’ve been married to for almost 20 years! We have two beautiful daughters who are the lights of my life. In my spare time, I enjoy skiing, biking, running, and watching my girls play soccer!

Patient Care Coordinator

Hi there! I greet and check in patients, schedule appointments, handle insurance calls, and help patients with treatment planning. I know how important it is for patients to get the most from their insurance, and I always make sure they do. Our practice is a great place to work! When you walk into our office you will see that we all work well together and take time to get to know our patients wants and needs. Our team is always smiling or laughing, which makes patients feel relaxed and welcome. Outside the office I enjoy shopping, skiing with my fiancée at Stevens Pass, and taking our yearly ski trip to Sun Valley, Idaho!
